New Beginnings

Well, as you may be able to tell, I began a blog adeventure years ago and decided it wasn't for me. After several promts to change my mind about that, I finally have...changed my mind, that is. So, feel free to look at the old stuff, just know that it was years ago. Today is a brand new day.

I intend to use this blog for many things; free-flowing ides being the most recurring thought.

Also, to discuss photography freely...I am so far from an expert in photography that you shouldn't even be reading any further if that's what you're hoping for. But just like any art form, I have my opinions. So, come along on this journey with me. I'll add old photos...discuss what I like about them, what I learned from them, things I might change...even sometimes, things I wouldn't change, even though many "experts" would think I should...sometimes I might even explain why. :)

Millennium Bean

This is me....yeah, I didn't realize how much I squint my 'other' eye until I took some pictures of myself taking pictures. This was taken in Chicago....inside the Millennium Bean. Is that what that thing is called? Anyway, it's a huge reflective piece of art in the middle of the park and it's shaped like a bean. No matter where you stand, when you look at it, it reflects the city of Chicago on all sides. Pretty neat.
